Commissioner's Cupcakes

Some of you may know I work for Fire & Rescue NSW, and it's the boss' birthday - yes the Commissioner.  I was asked to make some cupcakes with a 'fire' theme as a little surprise. So here they are; Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese icing topped with handmade fire related decorations.  Can you guess which one's for the Boss?

Handmade Teddy Bear, Plaque & Bow

A good friend is expecting a new baby and I was very happy to make a cake for the Baby Shower.

The only request from the expectant Mum was a white chocolate mud cake; the design was left to myself and I was quite happy with the result - 100% handmade and edible.
