Peppa Pig!

This cake doesn't require too much explanation - a Peppa Pig cake to celebrate Maddison's 4th Birthday.  The cake is vanilla bean, filled with vanilla bean butter cream.

New England Patriots - Happy 21st John!

I was allowed creative freedom with this  New England Patriots cake. I used the traditional Patriot colours for decoration, including the  super moist vanilla bean cake itself, which is layered in blue, red and white. The design is simple and effective.

New Beginnings - ABW

My workplace was recently refurbished to introduce Activity Based Working (ABW) and to celebrate we had an official launch with our members.  You can read more about the new workspace here.

To celebrate this cake was packed with flavour and colour - a chocolate fudge cake base, the middle tier is chocolate banana cake, topped with a vanilla bean cake.

Happy Birthday Princess

My beautiful niece Ruby is celebrating her 6th Birthday.  For several months she has been quite clear on having a three tiered princess cake, she even selected the cake tins to be used and stacked them on a recent visit.  By the way, it all had to be chocolate! How could I disappoint?

The cake is a new recipe, Chocolate Fudge; and was deliciously moist.
