2014 McKeough Family Christmas cake.
This family Christmas cake is made with a recipe selected by my late mother. The fruit and nuts are soaked for several days in Grand Marnier, giving it a lovely moist flavour.

Minnie Mouse.....Happy 1st Birthday
A Minnie Mouse inspired cake to celebrate the 1st birthday of a very beautiful little girl. The bottom tier is chocolate mud cake and the top tier vanilla bean. To accompany the cake is a mini 'smash cake', also vanilla bean.

Keep on running
To celebrate the 70th birthday of a fellow runner, I was given creative freedom to design a 'running theme' cake for the occasion. The chocolate fudge cake featured hand painted shoe prints, a 'race bib' and medal.

Frozen #2.......
In case you were not aware most little girls (and some boys) love anything related to the movie 'Frozen' at the moment. This cake is very similar to a previous 'Frozen' theme cake I made and I'm sure I will be doing it again!
The bottom tier is a chocolate fudge cake filled with dark chocolate ganache, topped with a vanilla bean cake filled with dark chocolate ganache.
