My family are big fans of country music and for over 30 years my father and sister have attended the Tamworth Country Music Festival, but with an expanding family this year's pilgrimage was missed.With their birthday's only a few days apart I decided to bring the Country to them. The cake is a crowd pleaser, Devils Food Chocolate filled with dark chocolate ganache and decorated with fondant. The belt, buckle and hat are all handmade and completely edible.
