Happy Retirement

 A cake to celebrate the retirement for a firefighter with over 40 years service with Fire & Rescue NSW.  Bottom tier is devils food cake (chocolate) filled with dark chocolate ganache, and the top tier is vanilla bean cake filled with white chocolate ganache.

    Wow, thanks Bernadette, that was a sensational cake. It was hard to choose which tier tasted better!
