Bursting with Love

This cake is for a colleague and friend celebrating her engagement and forthcoming wedding in the USA.  The heart shaped cake is a strawberry base cake topped with passionfruit cake both tiers were filled with white chocolate ganache then finished and decorated using fondant.  The bold red colour was used to incorporate the Chinese heritage of the  bride-to-be.


The bottom tier was finished with a little sparkle and bling.
