New Year 2011

I'm quite happy with this cake, it's a white chocolate cake filled and covered with dark chocolate ganache and then covered in fondant.

I have only recently taken up a more active interest in cake decorating and have decided to photograph my work and share some of my creations.  I have baked and decorated purely for the enjoyment, however I have a few requests for some work during the year, so hopefully I will be able to add a larger variety of cakes and designs.
