My first attempt at a "teapot cake". I baked a white chocolate mud cake, then carved it to shape. Once the correct shape was achieved it was then ganached with white chocolate ganache and covered in chocolate fondant.I was happy with the result and the I'm pleased to say not only did I get some great feedback on the appearance, but it tasted fantastic too.
