Happy 40th....100s and 1000s

There's something about 100s and 1000s that puts a smile on your face!  A vanilla bean cake filled with vanilla bean buttercream and covered with 100s and 1000s was topped with a vanilla bean cake, filled with white chocolate ganache and covered with fondant then finished with yellow fondant bows.

I do......a fresh and stylish Wedding!

I was honoured to make the wedding cake for a wonderful couple. The bride opted for a less 'traditional' wedding cake and selected a fresh and stylish design of cascading daisies.

The three tiered cake was also bursting with flavour; the base tier was chocolate fudge cake filled with dark chocolate ganache, the middle tier was a vanilla bean cake filled with white chocolate ganache and topped with a raspberry and hazelnut cake filled with white chocolate ganache.
