To celebrate the combined birthday of a group of friends, who had a common love of champagne I created this two tiered explosion of bubbles.
The bottom tier is a chocolate fudge cake filled with dark chocolate ganache topped with an orange and poppy seed cake filled with dark chocolate ganache.
